Twitter entries must: 

  • include an image or video of your ride using the EMC materials
  • include all four: #NSTA22, #duckride, @LabAids, @TinkeringLabs
  • be located outside of the Lab-Aids workshop room

Participants must:

  • be currently active in (or supervising) a classroom
  • be willing to share future student engagement and creations using the module
  • be located in the contiguous United States

Bonus Entries!

One bonus entry per participant (the twitter account holder) for: 

  • including a duck on the ride
  • including a video of your ride competing with someone else's (for distance, speed, style, etc!)
  • including a public NSTA location in the background of your image/video (eating area, exhibit hall, etc) - Room 351B excluded

Fine Print

The #duckride promotion runs between March 31 and April 2, 2022, with final submissions qualifying until midnight in Houston, TX. The winner will be determined by random draw from qualifying tweets and bonus tweets (example, one post with a duck (1) on a #duckride (2) in front of the NSTA sign (3), competing (4) with another #duckride, is worth four submissions). Prize includes one Electric Motors Catalyst Classroom Module, including applicable taxes and shipping (within the contiguous United States). The prize will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of 4/2/22.
