Ed lives in Westchester County, NY, next to New York City. He’s delighted to join the Lab-Aids team as the new Science Curriculum Specialist for NYC schools. He has a long history working with research-based products and has strong relationships with NYC schools and the NYC DOE. He aims to increase Lab-Aids’ presence in the nation’s largest school district.
During the last 8 years he worked for Texas Instruments and Casio in positions as an education products sales representative to NYC area schools for calculators and related products aligned to national and state learning standards such as NGSS and NY Regents for science and math.
Before TI and Casio, he worked at the It’s About Time (now Activate Learning) for 10 years as a sales rep for their NSF-funded books and equipment kits to school districts in the NYC area.
Ed and his wife Sharon enjoy their time with their 2 son’s families, with 5 grandchildren, and plays, concerts, and other events in NYC.
Why I get up and come to work each day:
To help make a difference in teachers’ and students’ lives with the best science products available. We are very fortunate to have many opportunities to do this at Lab-Aids.
