Nancy is a customer service professional with over 23 years of experience in customer service, call centers, sales support, supply chain, training and team building. She believes one of the key elements to achieving customer satisfaction is to be customer centric in all areas of an organization. Nancy believes in creating raving fans and not just solving issues. Nancy does like to search for the good in people and give encouragement whenever possible.

Nancy is married 25 years and has 3 children that keep her pretty busy when she is not at work. She enjoys gardening and being a soccer mom as well as volunteering with the various children ministries at her church. Nancy enjoys relaxing with a good movie and spending time with her family.
